About this policy

This policy explains how Gomvi handles information when you use its features. The information involved depends on the features you use and the choices you make.

Account and profile information

When you create or manage an account, we process sign-in information and the profile details you provide, such as your email address, name, profile photo, interests, availability, and biography. If you choose Sign in with Apple, we process the account identifier and the details Apple provides with your authorization. We use this information to manage your account and display your chosen profile.

Plans, communication, and memories

When you use social features, we process the information you contribute, such as friend connections, statuses, groups, ideas, votes, event details, attendance responses, messages, tasks, photos, posters, and sharing choices. This supports the features you request and makes relevant content available to the people you choose to interact with. An optional note you include with an attendance response is visible to you and the event organizer; it is not shared with other guests.

Device permissions

If you choose photo features, we process the photos you select and may request permission to save results to your photo library. Outgoing calls display dialing status without capturing camera or microphone data. Notification permission supports reminders and alerts you enable. Permission is optional, and you can withdraw it through your device settings.

Purchases and support

When you purchase coins through the App Store, we process relevant transaction information to credit and maintain your balance and purchase history. Apple processes your payment information under its privacy policy; Gomvi does not need your payment card details. If you contact support or make a report, we process the information you provide to respond and address your request.

Sharing and service providers

Your sharing choices determine which people can view relevant profiles, plans, messages, and media. When you use system sharing or send content to another service, that recipient’s policies also apply. If service providers process information for Gomvi, they may use it only for the authorized purpose and must provide appropriate protection. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and protection

We retain information as needed for the features you use and for applicable legal obligations, disputes, or security purposes. We take appropriate measures to protect it, but no method of handling information can guarantee absolute security. Copies you share with other people or services may remain under their control.

Your choices and rights

You can manage profile information and notification preferences, choose who you interact with, block people, and remove content where the feature permits. You can request an export of your account information and delete your account. For access, correction, deletion, or other rights provided by applicable law, contact support@gomvi.com. We may need information to verify and fulfill a request.
