User Agreement

Using Gomvi

This agreement governs your use of Gomvi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Gomvi helps you connect with friends, organize plans and events, communicate, and create and share memories. Available features may change over time.

Your account

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

Respectful participation

Use Gomvi lawfully and respect other people’s rights and privacy. Do not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content. Do not impersonate others, send unwanted messages, or attempt to disrupt the service. You can block people and report content or behavior that concerns you.

Your content

You retain your rights to content you contribute. Share only content you own or have permission to use, including photos of other people. You authorize Gomvi to process and display your content as needed to provide the features you choose. People you share with may retain their own copies; removing content does not necessarily remove those copies.

Purchases

When coin purchases are available, purchases are processed through the App Store under its applicable payment terms. Coins are consumable credits for eligible Gomvi features and have no cash value. Purchase prices and the coin cost of a feature are shown before you confirm. Contact Apple about App Store billing or refund requests.

Permissions and third-party services

Some features require permission to use device capabilities or access to services you choose. You can change device permissions in system settings. Third-party services have their own terms. Apple does not provide or endorse Gomvi’s service.

Availability and responsibility

Gomvi is provided subject to availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the conduct of other users. Make your own decisions about attending events and sharing information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending use and changes

You can stop using Gomvi or request account deletion. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or comply with law. We may update these terms and will make the updated terms available with their effective date; where required, we will provide notice or obtain consent.
